I have attached Jupyter notebook file for Question 4 named as "first 1000 rows of tables".

I have attached Excel file for Question 5 named as "Records of Tables".

I have attached Excel file for Question 13 named as "Views pivot chart for location of Alumni".

Question 2: Import all.csv files into MYSQL

Answer: Imported all .csv files using "Table Data Export Wizard" on Tables of Schema in the MYSQL Workbench navigator.
