Wiring harness routing of backdoor

Objectives:

To Define the mechanical components electrically and prepare a catalogue for the same.

To Provide proper routing of bundle without any interference and also provide support parts like clips and clamps.

To Prepare a report with all the required images required for the challenge.

To Attach all the file required for the challenge.

Let's now examine the back door that has to be routed.

Let's try to specify the clips and connections needed to route the backdoor now.

Geometrical bundle assembly:

Now, using the harness flattening assembly, attempt to flatten the geometric bundle and perform all necessary operations, including rotation and bending, to shape the bundle such that it will fit on the drwing sheet. The following image displays the finished flattening result.
