Procedure

It is a sheet metal component and its thickness is less than 5. So mid surface and shell elements are used in this model.

Geometry cleanup, mid-surface extract and mesh generated for the component.

Temp node generated on each element failed.

Then the mesh deleted from the geometry

From temp node details, formation of mid line and toggle the lines are generated.

After geometry cleanup, again the mesh generated.

Using quality index, replace, edit element, smooth and project command failed elements are fixed.

Mesh flow are enhanced by reducing the tria and rotating quad mesh.
