Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel
- Geometry checkup: I have performed geometry and there are no errors available in the model. please observe the below figure.
- Mid-Surface Extraction: performed mid-surface extractions using a manual method and found the mid-surface extraction for the given model as shown below.
- Meshing: 2D meshing has to be performed for the extracted mid-surface, and observe there are no OFF elements available for the given mesh quality parameters.
- PID and Thickness Assignment: PID and thickness assignment has been performed and the observed solid mesh for the shell is solid.
- Conclusion: Performed the 2D meshing for the given model and gave the meshing for the given assembly. No off elements are available for the given mesh parameters and created mesh is qualified for the given mesh quality parameters. Eliminated opposite Trias and adjacent Trias and rotating Quards within the mesh flow.
