Project 1 - Loss calculation for a DC/DC converter-MATLAB

Aim : To design the a boost converter and calculate its loss of diffrent componant including the power switching device and drive the efficiency of the boost converter

We can observe the output voltae is 198.9Which is aproximatly equal to 200V that what we have desired and the output current is 19.58 which is approximatly equal to 20A so we achive the desired output let us see the voltage and output of MOSFET and diode

We can obserd that the during switch off the diode exbhit the reverse voltage characterstic the peak current in the diode is 200V
