Project 1 - COVID-19 Vaccinations Trend Analysis

Aim:

Main aim of our report is to analyze the different vaccinations scenario like daily vaccinations, fully vaccinations, total people who vaccinated at least one dose. The project aims to convey the analysis of different ongoing vaccination programs around the globe.

Introduction

Covid-19 vaccination refers to the administration of vaccines specifically developed to provide immunity against the coronavirus responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic. Vaccination plays a crucial role in preventing the spread of the virus, reducing the severity of illness, and saving lives.

As of September 2021, COVID-19 vaccination efforts were underway globally, with various countries implementing vaccination campaigns. The pace and progress of vaccination campaigns varied across different regions and countries due to factors such as vaccine availability, distribution challenges, and population size.

In this Analysis we have taken considered of 223 countries, In the Analysis we have highlighted who got Vaccinated fully and Partially and Which country has highest vaccinated citizens so on.

2. To evaluate the impact and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination campaigns in different regions, including their progress, distribution, and outcomes.

Methodology:

TO analyse covid-19Vaccination trend analysis I have Used Power-BI as Visualization toll and the data set were given by Skill-Lync. The data set contains relevant information of 223 countries vaccination report with which country has vaccinated and which country has not vaccinated what are the type of vaccinations so on.

Analysis:

As I have mentioned in the Methodology, I have used visualization tool as Power-BI with analysis we have Extracted, Top 10 Countries Fully Vaccinated, People not Vaccinated Country wise, Top 5 Countries with Highest Average Vaccinations, Total People Vaccinated by Date Hierarchy and Vaccination Variant and total number used on year wise

Insights:

The global battle against COVID 19 pandemic can be won only if a large part of the world gets vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. A considerably low vaccination rate has been observed in low-income countries of the world.

Average Daily Vaccination Availability Across the World

The average daily vaccination count(in Millions) is the highest in China followed by India, the United States, and Brazil.

Top 10 Countries with the Highest Vaccination Availability in Billions

China has the highest count of vaccination in the country followed by India and the United States due to their large population. Also, vaccinations in the country are greater than the population of the country as an individual in most of the immunization programs receives two vaccines for COVID 19.

Top 3 Frequently used Vaccination Schemes in the World

China’s Cansino, Sinopharm and Sinovac vaccination schemes are most frequently used followed by India’s Covaxin, Oxford/Astra Zeneca and SputnikV and United States Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer.

Recommendations:

• propose recommendations or interventions to improve vaccination rates or address any identified disparities.
• Suggest strategies for enhancing vaccine accessibility, communication, or distribution to ensure broader coverage.
• As visualization Pai Graph showing the People not Vaccinated data is high, and specially the Romania country highest number of percentages around 23% countries should work on this problem must

Conclusions:

Emphasize the importance of ongoing monitoring and analysis of vaccination trends for effective pandemic response and control. The overall Visualization is giving complete information about Vaccination trend. Every country should take effective strategies to reach Vaccination in all location and conduct campaigns in the places who are not vaccinated. Government should take strict actions on people who are not interest to vaccinate, should come up with government mandatory document to enter public places.
