Project 1 - COVID-19 Vaccinations Trend Analysis
Project 1 - COVID-19 Vaccinations Trend Analysis
Aim: -
This project aims to analyse data in detail on vaccinated people and fully vaccinated by year and country.
Introduction: -
The main objective of this project is to explore COVID vaccine data and try to find out the inference of how the immunization process is going on worldwide.
Problem Statement: -
- We can find out how many people are completely vaccinated.
- Total vaccinations by each year and then by country.
- How many people in different countries have completed Daily Vaccinations.
Methodology: -
- Data Cleaning: -
The first step is cleaning the data. In data cleaning I cleaned the data with the transform data option present in Power BI because the dataset was not cleaned and included some missing values, so with the help of the duplicates function in Power BI, I cleaned the data and replace the null values with 0 and then started working on it.
- Data Interpretation: -
- After Data cleaning performs the Data interpretation step.
- In Data interpretation found some important information.
- The data set was almost clean and completed.
- Replace the Null values with 0.
- There is a total of 8513 rows and 15 columns is present.
- Visualization: -
In visualization, I took the help of Power BI Desktop software to make graphs and charts here some relevant graphs and charts are attached.
Analysis (Data sheets pertaining to it):-
In observation found some interesting points that are mentioned below.
- The dataset available is from 2020 to 2021
- China is much far away than the other countries, India is progressing slowly according to its population while USA has achieved as much as it is a rich country.
- India is covering it’s large population with a single dose
- Each of the country except China has a linear growth rate, while China has exponential kind of growth.
- Total vaccination by the country in map visualization.
- India has covered 75% population with single-dose .
Conclusion: -
- In this doc file, we have completed a guided case study in Power BI based on the “country_vaccinations.csv” data set.
- We saw various visualizations by changing values based on vaccinations done across the countries, visualizations such as
- Bar charts
- Map visuals
- Line chart
- Card visuals
- The rate of applying vaccines to patients is highest in India, which is around more than 0.1T of the population; followed by USA and China
- Total Vaccinations done is highest in China, followed by India and USA
