Project 1 - COVID-19 Vaccinations Trend Analysis

Aim: - This project aims to analyze data in detail on vaccinated people and fully vaccinated by year and country.

 

Introduction:

We have a data about vaccinations of people all around the world. In it we have country name, date of vaccination, type of vaccine use, data source and how many people get vaccinated each day. From the data we are going to find out some meaningful insights.

Problem Statement:

• Total vaccinations by each year and then by country. In this analysis, we can see the number of people vaccinated per hundred.
• We can find out how many people are completely vaccinated.

 

Methodology:

Step 1: Data cleaning

In this step I cleaned the data with the transform data option present in Power BI because the dataset was not cleaned and included some missing values, I cleaned the data and replace the null values with 0 and then started working on it.

Step 2: Data interpretation

In this step I found out some important information about the data set.

• There is total of 86512 rows of data and 15 columns.
• The data set was almost clear and completed.

Step 3: Visualization

In visualization, I took the help of Power BI Desktop software to make graphs and charts here some relevant graphs and charts are attached.

Analysis (Data sheets pertaining to it):

In observation found some interesting points that are mentioned below.

• The dataset available is from 2^nd December 2020 to 29^th March 2021
• Total Daily vaccination is 11 Billion.
• Total Daily vaccination per million is 281 million.
• Total fully vaccination is 549 Billion.
• Total fully vaccination per million is 1.38 million.
• In Daily vaccination by country china has highest 3.3 billion.
• In fully vaccination by country India has highest 116 billion.
• Top ten country in Daily vaccination by country are china, India, US, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and Mexico.
• Top ten country in fully vaccination by country are India, US, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Vietnam.

Insights:

• Most populated countries are getting more vaccination.
• We can see the top 10 sources.
• 2021 has highest vaccination because it has every month data.

Recommendations:

• We can collect good datasets for analysis.
• We can analyze the data of the overall world.
• Like this dataset we can perform operations with various categories, city-wise or Date-wise.
• We can work on large datasets and analyze them with the proper format of the chart.

Conclusion: - In conclusion, we can take a look at the final Report for further analysis. As we can see in the Report the top countries vaccination-wise, Top Country by the vaccination in daily and best top 10 countries with our vaccines. The Top 2 vaccine sources are India, and China.
