Project 1 : CFD Meshing for Tesla Cyber Truck
Aim :- To check and solve all geometrical errors and assign appropriate PIDs. Perform meshing with the suitable Target length and element Quality criteria.
- Objective:- 1. to make geometry error free.
2. And mesh the model for given target length.
Introduction :- The Tesla Cybertruck is a revolutionary, all-electric pickup truck that challenges conventional automotive design and performance. Unveiled in November 2019, the Cybertruck features a futuristic, angular exoskeleton made from ultra-hard stainless steel, providing exceptional durability and resistance to dents, corrosion, and damage. With a design that blends utility with innovation, the Cybertruck redefines what a pickup truck can be.
Equipped with advanced electric powertrains, the Cybertruck offers unparalleled performance, including rapid acceleration, impressive towing capacity, and up to 500 miles of range on a single charge, depending on the configuration. Its robust design is complemented by cutting-edge technology, including Tesla's signature Autopilot, a minimalist interior with a 17-inch touchscreen, and versatile storage solutions.
The Cybertruck isn't just a vehicle; it's a statement. It merges Tesla’s commitment to sustainability with a bold vision for the future of transportation, appealing to adventurers, professionals, and forward-thinkers alike.
Geometry:-

- Assigning Parts name to the geometry.

- Assigning PID to every part of cybertruck.

- Cutting the geometry in symmetry from center.

- The model will cut in symmetry by planecut option. After that will clear the all error.

- Going for geometry check, it is showing lot of single coons & intersection error.

Clearing all penetration error from geometry.
Now moving towards meshing.

The geometry has meshesd.
because for software crash can able to do wind tunnel test.
