Project 1 - Analyzing the Education trends in Tamilnadu

From this project I understood that men and women are being part of every job in Tamil Nadu which leads to greater future.

Issues in STEM jobs:

• Women job roles are lesser than Men.
• Majority of Male workers are seen in IT field (Computer and Engineering).
• Women are seen in health and related jobs role which this leads to downfall of computer studies among the womens.
• Salaries are lesser to women when comapred to all and men's salaries.

By this in Tamil Nadu gender should be only on any information system for identification not in any working roles or Jobs selection.
