Project 1 - Analyzing the Education trends in Tamilnadu

Please write a detailed insight on what can be the possible issues on gender gap in STEM Jobs?

1. Some people believe that boys are naturally better at STEM subjects than girls, which can discourage girls from pursuing STEM careers.

2. Girls often don't see many women in STEM jobs, so they might not think it's a career option for them.

3. Some women feel they have to choose between their family and their STEM career because STEM jobs can be demanding.

4. Some STEM workplaces may have issues like sexual harassment or unfair treatment of women, which makes it hard for them to stay in these careers.

5. Women are often not given the same chances to move up in their STEM careers or get paid as much as men.

6. Women might not have mentors or people to guide them in their STEM careers, and they may not have a support network to help them succeed.

To fix the gender gap in STEM jobs, we need to change these things. We should encourage everyone, regardless of their gender, to pursue STEM careers, make workplaces fair and welcoming, and provide support and opportunities for women in STEM. This way, more women can have successful careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.
