• Women working in health-related jobs few have professional certificates.
• The number of women working in their related field of study is less than the number of men working in their related field.
• Men always earn more than women in all fields.
• The major earning ethnicity are asian followed by white, hispanic and black.
• Women earn less in all ethnicity when comparing with thier male counterparts.
• Women participation is less when compared with men.
• The salary should be given equally to women to increase women participation in stem fields.
• Laws should be implemented to increase the participation of women in stem fields.
