Project 1 - Analyzing the Education trends in Tamilnadu

Issues on gender gap in STEM Jobs.

I have analyzed and portaited the chart of women jobs in various STEM field for a period of years..

these are the points which i have found :

• Women are still under-represented in fields such as Lifescience, physical science and mathematics .
• Strenuous efforts need to be made to address the gender gap at all levels of academia and the workplace.
• Need to concetrate on women education STEM field as it gradually decreased from the year 2000 to 2015.
• Also by comparing the salary for both the gender women salary seems to be less in all ethinicity so need to pay the equal amount for both gender
• By these ways we can achive both gender equaly working all the Fields
