The possible issues are like

most of the men are working in computers than women and most of the women are working in health realted jobs

And the salary for the women in ethnicity are very less i think this is the main reason so there is more more gender gap in stem jobs

most of the women students are graduated in biological scientists

90% of the womens are graduating in engineering and 12% of women are graduating in computers and men are more than women the issue is salary and the men and women graduation status is different so the men is having more possibilities than women
