The data set contains the data of women graduated by years, employed persons, Stem Jobs by Education and Salary comparison. This dashboard addresses some major gaps between Men and Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) fields.
Insights:

2. Pie-Graph in the dashboard shows that only 25.2% and 16.5% women are there in Computer & mathematical & Architecture & engineering occupations respectively.
3. There is also a gap between men and women working in their related field. The data shows that only 38% women are working in computer field being educated in computer major and 24% women are working in engineering field being educated in engineering field as compare to 58% and 30% of their male counterpart.
4. The %age of women in STEM jobs with their differrent level of educational degree is around 50% whereas %age of women in Health-related jobs with their different level of educational degree is around 75%. This shows that despite of having relevant degree women are not inclined to STEM jobs.
