Aim :

To Route the wiring harness for the given V6 engine with the all given suitable components arranged to complete the wiring harness.

Also to flaten the routed wiring harness and present it in the drawing format.

Process:

Download the given cad files of the components and define them electrically along with the bundle connection points.

Arrange all the components in th right place with the help of compass and manupulation tool.

arrange few clamps and clips to avoid the wiring bundle face the sharp edges.

plastic channels have been given at the exhaust side of the engine to protect the wiring harness from its heat.

enter into the electric harness assembly and define the product electrically and route the geometrical bundle.

After the routing process, check the routing continutity by the following process:

edit- search- electric wb- type - and check the bundle connection connectivity.

move to electric harness flattening work bench and the routed wiring harness must be imported and flattened.

Arrange all the disturbed components at its right positions and select a face for the representation to enter into the drawing file, arrange all the components in a visible way from the face selected.

Create a drawing sheet and arrange the flattened harness in the drawing format in drawing wb.
