DOUBLE ACTING ACTUATOR MODEL

The double acting activator model using simscape multibody and simscape components,the mechanical system of the cylinder needs to be built using simscape library components are briefly explain about model following step's.

* Frist i can construct the physical model of double acting activator with help of multibody library blocks

• Click to open the MATLAB application,
• Then enter 'smnew'
• Now open the simulink multibody page
• Inbuilt to open mechanical configuration,solver, world frame,brick block,scope and ps to simulink converter
• Then edit the parameters of Mechanical configuration
• Now set the parameters of bricks block create (cylinder) as shown below
• Next drag the bricks block to simscape workspace,then to set parameters to create (piston),then copy the block to set parameters to create body-3 all the comments are added below
• Open the simscape library to drag the perismatic function block and weld joined,works frame
• Finally connect all the multibody to i required,as shown below attachment.

*After successfully completion of multibody construction then model the hydraulic components,are explaining following step's

• Drag all the components i required (block)
• The blocks are, hydraulic pressure source, hydraulic refference, hydraulic constant pressure source,3-way directional valves, hydraulic pressure sensor.......etc
• All the blocks to connect with required format
• Now set the parameters to blocks

* i can use four scope block ther names of velocity, position,PA and QA,scope results shows all the response about components.. attached below
