In the analytical solution in cylindrical coordinates considering heat generation, there is term called 'k' which is thermal conductivity of material.

It shows that material can affect the resulting temperature distribution.so using a material with high thermal conductivity can reduce temperature.

for element length 4mm, the solution gives accurate results.

As element size decreases more accurate results are obtained.
