Project 1 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

aim :- to mid surface the ip console half component and do 2d meshing

procedure :-1 do the topo clean up in the component

2 then go to the mesh module parameter and choose length as 1

3 off set the base surface of the component

4 mid surface all the fines by using middle in the surface tool bar

5 closed cylinders can be mid surfaced as a cross sign, create the plus sign by the create option in the curves and use new surface option to join and intersect them.

6 extend all the necessary surfaces by using extend option and intersection.

7 now enter all the quality criteria and target length as given

8 then go to the mesh modulw and use spot mesh in this.

9 fix all the quality criteria and save it.
