PROJECT 1 - : Extract the mid surface and mesh the Dashboard sub parts.
AIM -: To extract the mid surface and mesh the component as quality criteria.
PROCEDURE -:
The dashboard subparts should check with geometry errors and then take midsurface possible by the manual procedure as offset option and then mesh with the target size element.
1) first import the geometry then topo mode and checks the geometry error execute the geometry. but some tripple cons are not cleanup the geometry then use the the new option and create the surface.
2) after that measure the two surface thickness then create the midsurface use the offset method use thickness is 0.60 .
3) after that uses the faces, middle option and use the cons2curve then create the ribs.
4) after that use the cut option then toggle the line and create the line use for surface.

- The dog house is the hollow part with no thickness, that is use the faces middle option then create the ribs and create the surface.

MESHING - :
1) go to the mesh module then go to the mesh generation group and use the best option then go to part by part then mesh.
2) after that mesh the component and some off elements and try to reduce the off elements.
3) go to the shell mesh module then use the improve option.

CONCLUSION - :
1) The dashboard subparts has many small surfaces with the ribs and the dog house, that is difficult part this component . i learned
2) this component i try to the create a good midsurface and mesh the component.
