Following steps followed for harness and drawing creation:-
- Made a assembly product and uploaded Door 3D data and all required connectors and placed them at desired location
- Guiding channel installed at door
- Electrically defined the assy using geometrical bundle command
- Did routing in "Electrical harness assy" workbench
- After routing saved the work
- Made a new product file for flattening and defined flattening parameters
- Uploaded harness assy in flattened product
- Flattened the harness
- Saved flattened file
- Uploaded flattened harness in drawing
- Gave a frame to drawing
- Saved catia drawing file
- made pdf of drawing file
