AIM: Route the wiring hardness for car side door in catia software using the connectors, furr clip etc with electrical properties. the parts used in the project is 3 different connectors- cd06-08sa, cd06-6s, cd06-4s. And the other parts are furr clip and . select start- equipments- electrical hardness descipline and open electrical part workbench and bring this components and give them electrical properties.the picture are attached.

the side door is downloaded and the parts are placed on the place of part by using assembly workbench.after that bundle with 10mm dia is routed connecting every part. bundle with 5mm dia is routed in one place with creating branch point and routing from it. after done the connecting part check for" fully connected". it is in picture shared. For protective covering for 10 mm bundle 15mm covering and for 5mm dia bundle the covering 10mm is used. after that we have to do flattening process. go to the flattening workbench and select the hardness flattening parameters. and select the neccesary parameters. and do the drafting process also . the pictures are attached.
