MODELLING AND RENDERING OF AMERICAN CHOPPER

OBJECTIVE:

To create modelling and photo realistic rendering of American chopper by using solidworks.

INTRODUCTION:

THE CHOPPER CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING PART’S

chassis,Engine,Front fork,Pedal,Chain,Oil tank,Gas tank,Transmission belt,front fender,Rear fender,Front wheel,Rear wheel,Kick stand.All the parts are designed separately and finally assembled together to get the final American chopper.

After making all the parts, material for each part are given by appearance option in solidworks. This is useful to give the more realistic outlook of the product.

ASSEMBLY OF AMERICAN CHOPPER:

To make the assembly of American chopper we have to use some of the mates. They are following mates such as concentric mateParallel mateAngle mateDistance mateAdvance mate.

Adjusting colours and adjusting materials:

we already added materials while creating individual part,but we go the process of adding things like display states, so that we make additional material changes.

Display state

*open part>configuration manager from tree manager>right click display stae to add new display state>open body on which you need to apply dispaly state>apply new appearance the added display state>save.

PHOTOVIEW360 RENDERING

To make the chopper more realistic to use the photoview360 .To the usage of some commands in photo view360 like camera, decals, Edit scene and etc

SOLIDWORKS VISUALISE:

Solidworks visualise is used to render the American chopper, by the usage of some tools of the visualise and background settings is give the American chopper in more and more realistic.

Conclusion

A model has been developed with the help of solidworksby using some global variables,dimensions and equation.
