Title of the Project

American Assembly Chopper.

Objective:

The Objective of this project to design the American Chopper by using solid works soft ware.

By using this solid works software we will design the different types of models.

Introduction.

Tansmission Belt

Transmission belt is one of the part that use is to transmit the power to engine to gear box.

In this Model we going use Below commands or Tools

Offset
Extrude
Fillet

Sketch

In This Sketch Plane that we have select the plane and draw line and the arc give dimenssions fully defined.

Offset

In this tool we are going to do a offset for the drawn diagram.In this offset tool there two types internal and external offset.

Selcet which one related to that diagaram.

Extrude

In this tool we will extrude the diagram which was done offset with some distance and make sure it was fully defined or not.

When we use extrude option we will understanding more reality of each part in each tool.

Fillet

Fillet is used to sharpen the edges of the diagram external faces.

Appearance

One of the best tool that is design the different types of colours metals and etc.

Kick Stand

It is one of the part that which is used to support the entire body of the chopper.

In this kick stand we are going to use below tools

Loft

Loft is used to add the materials two or more profiles to create the solid feature.

After applying the loft the vertex or sketch points will appear by using that points we will add adjust points as we requeried the shape the material.

Dome

Dome is use to add th material at external faces of the material that is in eliptical dome.

Split

Split is used to sperate the material or cut the unwanted parts.

Extrude Cut

Extrude cut is an option that which cuts towards or through the material.

Front Fender

Front Fender is a part that which is placed at a front tire which will protect the saftey of tire and fork engine etc.

Trim is Used cut the parts of the extra line or material.

Revolve Sketch or Sketch contours around the axis.

Mirror Option is used to create the another image or profile.

Rear Fender

Rear fender is an one of the part in the chopper that is used at back side of the tire.

The tools which are used in the front fender are applicable in the rear fender.

Front Fork

Front fork is the Major Part in the chopper.In this Front fork we are learning Sweep cut,Chamfer,Headlight,Reference axis,Appreance.

Breaks Sweep Cut revolve cut at the handle and wiring system at the handle to the fork.

Front Wheel and Rear Wheel

Front Wheel and back wheel are the major part of the american chopper.

In this wheels we are going to use different tools.

Caliper
Rim

Tire

In this wheel we are going to learn web design of the rim and rotor.Sweep cut and revolve the rim of the wheel.

Pedal

Pedal is placed at the chasis of th chopper at both sides one is used for gear and another one is for break at back side the of the tire.

In this model we are goint to revolve cut an spline.

Chasis

One of the major part in the chopper is chasis.The total entire body of the engine is placed at chasis.

In this chasis we are going to learn axis of the planes which are going to drawn of reference axis.

Check the coincidences of the chasis of the bottom part.We use the shell option to see the inner parts of the chassis and

remove the unwanted parts in chasis.

Engine

Main Part in the chopper is engine.It contains two exhaust and the engine was placed above the chasis.

In this engine we are going to use extrude cut mirror option spline reference axis.

Oil Tank

Oil tank is Placed above the engien and below the gas tank.Shell tool is used to see inner part of the body and remove excess materials.

Chain

Chain is used to rotate the rear wheel.One end is connected to rear wheel at rotar and another one connected to engine.

Gas Tank

Gas Tank is placed at the top of the engine and attached with seat.In this gas tank we learn splines.

American Chopper

All the parts of the amercian chopper was assembled

Conclusion

By using the solid work software the american chopper was done.

In this solid work system we will observe the reality of the chopper or bodies.
