Assembly of the American Chopper:
First the chassis is fixed to the Top Plane and the Engine is fixed into the Chassis. Then the Rear Wheel is added to the axial of the Chassis by using Concentric mate and Coincide mate with Planes. Then the chain is added by connecting the Rear Wheel Sprocket and the Gear in the engine by using width mate. The Transmission Belt is attached to the engine by using the Width Mate and Concentric Mate. The Front Fork is also connected to the Chassis by using Width Mate. The Pedal is connected to the chassis by using Concentric Mate and Coincide Mate. The Kickstand is connected to the Chassis by using the Coincide Mate and the Concentric Mate. The Front Wheel is added to the Front Fender by using Concentric Mate and Coincide Mate with Planes. The Front Fender is added to the Front Wheel by using the Coincide Mates with the Front Plane and the Mid Plane of the Front Wheel. The Rear Fender is added to the Rear Wheel by using the Coincide mate with the Mid Plane and the Front Plane of Rear Wheel. Angel Mates were used to limit the movement of the Kickstand and the Front Fork. The Tangent Mate is given to the Surface of the tyres to the Top Plane to make the vehicle stand on the plane and fot the Kickstand to tilt the vehicle.
Rendering of the Chopper:
Rendering of the Chopper is done by using PhotoView 360. Here is the rendered image of the American Chopper.
