Photo Realistic Rendering
TITLE: Design and assembly of American Chopper Bike.
OBJECTIVE: To design all the individual parts of the American chopper and assembling them to make the complete model of the Bike.
INTRODUCTION: In this project, we design all the individual parts i.e, Transmission belt, Kickrod, Front fender, Rear fender, Oil tank, Pedal, Front wheel, Rear wheel, Engine, Gas tank and Front fork of the American chopper has been designed using the appropriate tools and definitive sketching methods using SolidWorks and all the parts are assembled and rendered and sketched.
DESIGN METHODOLOGY:

DESCRIPTION:
Features that are used while designing are:
Extrude: Extrude extends the sketched profile into 3-D space.
Extruded-cut: It is a feature that removes a specific portion from the part.
Revolved: It is used to create a 3-D model by rotating a 2-D sketch about an axis.
Revolved-cut: This tool is used to remove material by revolving a sketched section around a centerline.
Fillet: It is used to round the edges of the part.
Dome: It is used to create a dome on any circular, elliptical, or 4-sided surface.
Swept: It is used to add material along a curve by using a selected closed profile.
Shell: It is used to make a complete solid body hollow leaving off the thin walls of the body.
Linear Sketch Pattern: This tool is used when we need the same sketch to be placed at 'n' number of places linearly. Similarly, we have circular patterns.
Mates in assembly: They are many mates which are used to position or orient a part with respect to the other part during assembly.

Conclusion:
Each and every part of the chopper is designed with their appropriate appearances added, all the parts are assembled and final renderings are done to keep the reality.
