Hi, I am looking for a change of job & Incase Freelance work.
I have 3 years of experience as a design engineer.
- Hands-on Design & development of Sheet metal parts, trim of FRP parts (Front & Rear Face, Engine hood,Dashboard, Front flap & Bumper) & ABS parts (Front & Rear Inner,Window & Door finishers).
- Reverse engineering of Roof Hatch of Bus & Mudflap of a car.
- Design & development of a structural cross tubes of bus shell, along with the fixture using 3-2-1 principle.
- Design & developed sheet metal casing for 3D printer machine along with generation of drawings to vendors for fabrication.
- Process engineering and drawings along with GD & T of the overall workflow plan used in manufacturing of rotar machine components used as power transmission in aerospace by optimizing the layout of manufacturing equipment and developing appropriate manufacturing process.
