Hood design-Week 2

Aim:

 Create hood inner and outer panel using nx cad.

procedure:

 Insert the masetr section and take reference

then trim the sheet

then start inner panel design.

trim the panel by design

then join two parts

apply bends in required place

then create emboss

apply bends

then trim the sheet

make space side area

then create emboss for position the hinge

then mirror the surface

then apply 0.75mm thicken value

then create outer panel

then trim the sheet

apply law extension

then trim and blend ends

then create releif corner

the mirror the surface

then apply thicken surface

assemble the hinge

assemble strike

Result:

 The given assembly work is completed.
