Hood design-Week 2
- we need to trim the sheet in half with the axis .
- then offset it for 2.65mm to below surface .
- then select the edge of sheet as shown above fig, offset curve in face for 7 mm .
- then trim the surface with trim sheet as shown in above fig.
- make a law extenction at the outer surface of trim sheet.
- apply three face blend upper ,trimmed lower surface and law extenction.
- extend the sheet by 1mm ,and trim the sheet by half by using axis.
- create a emboss and cut out in the emboss as showing in above fig.
- then do mirring by using mirror geometry.
- fix the stricker to the lower panal as shown in fix.
- fix the Hinge assembly to the hood inner panal as shown in fig.
- apply the thickness 0.75 mm for hood outer pannel and Hood inner pannel.
