• Mastic is the sealent applied between hood outer panel and inner panel .
• Mastic sealent have 80mm diameter range of effect which holds and join the outer and inner panel 5mm thickness

EMBOSS

Emboss is process of metal forming .Metal sheet is drawing through the male and female roller dies producing a pattern or design on the metal sheet.

• The sheet metal ability to from ductile metals
• The ability of maintain the same metal thickness before and after emboss
• Emboos metals are used in industry for two resons (1).aesthetic ,(2).functional.
