Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge
The given Wheel arch Gap is to be checked whether the Distance between Fender and Wheel is Greater than or Equal to 10mm according to European Standards.
Thus the Points to be taken as Projections are as Follows :
- SA = The point to be taken in 30 deg left side from the centre axis
- SB = This point is Exactly 90 deg of the wheel axis
- SC =This point is taken 50 deg right side from the centre axis
- SE = This point is taken Exactly 150mm from the 0 deg axis.
- SD = This point is taken Exact centre of SC and SE .
SA = 10mm
SB = 9.949 mm
SC = 0.111 mm
SD = 2.807 mm
SE = 5.808 mm
