European Regulations requirements:-

I prepare the most of the part in that perticular design it is properly follows the european regulations >10mm but in my design >30 between two lines 'SC-SD' , 'SD-SE' because in european regulations requires >10mm between two lines and 'SA-SB' made angles 50 degree in rearward from the central vertical axis of wheel and 'SA-SB' 30 degree forward from the central vertical axis of wheel.

Because of in the european countries and also in india having much population than japan and USA. Its primarly purpose is to prevent sand, liquids, mud and other road spray from being thrown into the air by rotating tire.

Fender are mounted on 5 regions:-

(1). Body

(2). Piller

(3). Sill

(4). Cowl:- It is a plastic part where the viper region installed.

(5). Drip:- It is basically contact in with engine compartment area and in fastners region.
