Fender - Wheel Arch Gap Calculation

Fender wheel arch gap calculation is an important calculation in car manufacturing process. this calculation measures the gap between the fender to the outer most layer of the wheel. this calculation is based on Regulation standards, Regulation standards varrys region to region.

Here i took europen standard to calculate the wheel arch gap.

At 30 degree it has 10mm gap

other lines has 0.14mm,2.879mm and 5.96mm

Conclusion

this fender wheel doesn't pass the european standards. Because it doesn't have minimum of 10mm gap every where.
