FENDER WHEEL ARC DESIGN
Japan Design Regulation:
- L indicate clearance b/w fender and tyre in a predefine point and angles which is mentioned above. 30degree angle around anticlock wise and 50 degree towards clockwise direction
- L should be greater than 5 mm
European design parameter

- L should be greater than 10 mm
First I create a center point with reference to outer circle line option and then create a line vertical and horizontal from the center point as mentioned below
The line which I created SB which is 30 degree anticlockwise direction the line SC which 50 degree clockwise direction and make a reference line along x axis and make a vertical line which is intersect the outer line of tyre with 150 mm distance SE after that make a drive line and make intersection point SD. SA, SB, SC, SD , SE take reference point from European design sketch .
Create a intersection point from the reference point SA, SB,SC, SD , SE .
The measuring distance from SB curve is 10mm
The measuring distance of SA curve is 9.962mm
The measuring distance of curve SC -0.412MM
The measuring distance of SD curve is 3.144mm
The measuring distance of SE curve is 6.18mm
