PROCEDURE:Fender is the American English term for the part of an automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle body that frames a wheel well (the fender underside). Its primary purpose is to prevent sand, mud, rocks, liquids, and other road spray from being thrown into the air by the rotating tire. The fender on a car is located at the front on either side, and at the back on either side. The wheels are located immediately behind in the case of the front fenders, and immediately in front of the rear fenders.

Drip area mountings:It is the area through which fender is attached to engine housing through fasteners. From back side of front fender, there will be 200mm clearance for cowl(wiper motor) mounting area.

Bumper area mountings:The bumper bracket acts as a metal mount for a vehicle's bumper .Bumper Mounting Plates are used when damaged concrete is found in the bumper mounting area. The plates are selected to expand beyond the damaged area and allow for a secure installation, savings hundreds, if not thousands in concrete repair costs.

Sill mounting:A sill plate is the bottom piece of wall structure where wall studs are attached. They are typically anchored to the foundation and serve as a very important component of all houses. If the sills become damaged or rotten, that can end up with problems like sagging floors.Sill mount will be placed at the bottom of the fender where which is being covered by the sill.

A-pillar mounting:A pillar mounting will be placed at the outside of the fender of rear view mirror side.
