Fender Design Challenge

AIM:

   To design a fender wheel arch using master section model.

Procedure:

 Download the file from the website

trim the sheet by th design

extend tthe sheet

design the sheet for fixing to body

create emboss on the surface

apply dart for support

create other support

make another support

 

Bumper mounting

A pillar mount

Baffle and splash mounting

thicken the body 0.75mm

Result:

 The fender design is completed in proper way by given input design.
