The pressed and and formed sheet metal part mounted over the road wheels of an automobiles to reduce of mud,water and the like.

To prevent mud,slush and other debris coming into contact with the tires, bracking system of vehicle.

Process:

It's called as reaction injection molding(RIM). basically making special polyurethane component.
