Design of backdoor

Aim

       To use the provided styling surface to come up with a back door design, use appropriate design methodologies, and provide the necessary reinforcements and embosses.

procedure:

     First create the inner panel of door from class A surface.

then trim the sheet by required portion

create the sheet upper and lower with one sheet

create flange on the sheet

then create remaining surface

then create trim portion in centre area

then create emboss

      then create hinge fixing area

Then create strike emboss

create mirror geometry

Apply thiciken on the surface

Then create outer panel surface

create

 mirror the gometry

 thicken the geometry

lower part

create mirror geometry

then thicken the geometry

then create hinge reinforcement surface

create in both sides

then create gas stay reinforcement

this sould be in both sides

draft analysys for inner panel

assemble all the geometries

Result:
