Initially we are getting Class A surface from the designer ,Then we have to check that all surface is good are not by sew command,If sew command works properly then no problem if sew commands not working properly then we have to repair the outer panel surface .

Then by using assembly workbench we have to import the outer panel upper and outer panel lower to assembly.

THen we have to work on the inner panel initially we have to offset the outer panel surface to make the inner panel.

we have to work on the sealing flange creation initially by various operations .sealing flange is the area where wind shiled and downwards emboss are created.

In downwards emboss and all created because in case of accident the motions should be evenly distributed to the outwards.

Then there should be two upwards projections are made to support the outer panel by mastic one after mastic is applied the panel completly reduce NVH.

THen there should be an important palce allocation for latcher and stiker position for to deside the latch and stricker we have to initiate the hinge axixs.

two positions are allocated for the hinges then a middle line is drawn between the two points withe reference to the middle points a plane is drawn.a sketch is made with refernce to the points.

In that place a latcher is going to be placed .

after creatertion of the inner panel.Hemming processs is going to be happen in the outer panel upper and lower.

HINGE AND GAS STAY REINFORCEMENT

It is essential to give reinforcent over hinges and gas stay ,because in this region strength is drastically weakness so we have to provide additional strength.

Then after all process is done we have to enable the assemblies to see all the parts are crctly located and thickned then we have to perform the draft analysis to individual component
