Design and assembly of yatch

Here we are going to create and assemble the parts of the yatch and yatch by using the ultimate solidworks

Parts of the yatch:-

Blueprints
Propeller
Radar
Hull
Front seat
Middle seat
Rear seat
Superstructure
Garage door
Radar mast

Blueprints:-

The blueprints is created by downloading the sketch picture from PDF of the yatch. After downloading the sketch picture the bring that into the solidworks. Click the tools select the sketch tools and choose the sketch picture pick the yatch sideview picture and place in give dimensions. Select the yatch front view and place in the given dimensions. Select the back view picture and place in given dimensions. Select the top view picture and place in given dimensions. Select the bottom view picture and place in the given dimensions of the PDF.

Propeller:-

The propeller is created by drawing the one vertical line in the front plane and draw the spline the in that vertical line. After this process select the the revolve cut option and make revolve. After this process the draw the 3 point arc in that arc to make a fan of the propeller and mirror to make the 3 fan for propeller. Select appearance pick Siena color material. The propeller is used to spin and moving process for the yatch.

Radar:-

The radar is created by drawing the two horizontal line 8n front plane in that two end line to draw one 3 point arc to connect that horizontal lines in top place. Draw one circle in middle of the radar to put hole. Select the extrude boss option to put hole in the middle of the radar. Add some fillet 3mm in the corner of the radar. After this process select the appearance the metal grey in color material. Radar is used to satellite the signal in yatch.

Hull:-

The hull is created is by drawing the one horizontal line in the front plane and draw one spline in the the horizontal line and mirror that line. Draw the 3 point arc to make a window in hull.
Select the extrude boss option and make extrude in the hull. After this process draw the two or more vertical line to make a stand in the hull by using the front view picture of the yatch. After this process select the reference plane and mirror the window, stand and surface to other side of the hull. Select the wooden surface picture and drag and place in the surface of the hull. Draw the horizontal lines to make the pillars for the side of yatch. Select the appearance the pick the color whatever you want. Hull is used to float the whole yatch body at that same time it is used to hold the propeller, superstructure, radar, radar mast, front seat, middle seat, and rear seat.

Front seat:-

Front seat is created by drawing the many centre point rectangles in the front plane. After this process is over the select the extrude boss option to make the extrude the front seat. After this process select reference plane and click mirror option to the mirror the seat to another side. After mirroring the seats draw one 3 circles in top plane to make a pool in the front seat. Select the appearance and pick the color whatever you want. Front seat is used to seat and watch the natural scenes in front the yatch.

Middle seat:-

Middle seat is created by drawing the lines in the top plane and merge in the center point of the middle plane to make the seat after this process add some corner rectangle to make couch. Select the extrude boss option to make the extrude the middle seat. After this process is over select the reference plane to make the mirror the seat to the other side. After mirroring the seats make them in square seats. Select the appearance and pick the color whatever you want. Middle seat is used to take a sit and watch the overview of the sea.

Rear seat:-

Rear seat is created by drawing the lines in the top plane and merge in the center point of the middle plane to make the seat after this process add some corner rectangle to make couch. Select the extrude boss option to make the extrude the middle seat. After this process is over select the reference plane to make the mirror the seat to the other side. After mirroring the seats make them in curve seats. Draw one vertical line to make stand for flag and draw three lines to make triangle for flag.Select the appearance and pick the color whatever you want. Rear seat is used to take a sit and watch the back view of the yatch.

Superstructure:-

Superstructure is created by drawing the two vertical lines in the top plane and draw some spline in the corner of the vertical lines in the plane. Draw some 3point arc for the glass of the superstructure. After this process draw some lines to the pillar for the superstructure. Draw the some horizontal lines in the bottom plane and draw some spline to that horizontal lines to make surface for the superstructure and download images from the superstructure PDF to add the floor
in wooden material and select the reference plane to make mirror the superstructure for other side. Select the appearance and choose the material to apply whatever you want. Superstructure is placed above the hull it is also one of the main part of yatch. It is used to hold parts like radar and radar mast.

Garage door:-

Garage door is created by drawing the many horizontal line in the front plane and draw 3point arc in each and every corner of the horizontal lines in the top plane. Add some extra plane to the horizontal lines and draw one big rectangle for the door and extrude that rectangle to make the door. After this process is over select add split curve in the door to make the text and add text what ever you want. Select the appearance choose the color whatever you want. Garage door is used to open the garage of the yatch at that same time we can store anything inside of the garage of the yatch.

Radar mast:-

Radarmast is created by drawing the horizontal lines in the top plane and add some spline to that horizontal lines. After this process draw two circles in end of the spline. That two circle will help to make the mast for the radar. Select the extrude boss to extrude the mast of the radar and extrude that horizontal lines also to make the radar. Draw some curves in the horizontal lines to make wires for the radarmast. Select the reference plane to mirror one side of the radarmast to another side. Add fillet 5mm in the corners of the radar. Select the appearance and choose the color whatever you want. The radarmast is used to grad the radar in the yacht.

Assembly of the yacht:-

Here we are going to assemble the all parts of the yatch. First take the blueprints and place in the assembly part of the solidworks. Then take the hull part place in the Assembly part. Then take the superstructure place above the hull part. Take the radarmast part and place above the superstructure part. Then take the front seat part and place in front of the superstructure part. Then take the middle seat part and place in the mid rear of the superstructure part. Take the rear seat and mate the coincident with superstructure. Take the garage door and mate the coincident with the hull part. Take the propeller part and mate the coincident of the axis of the hull and make the three propeller for the axis of the hull. Take the radar part and mate the coincident with centre of the radarmast part and place above the radarmast part. Finally we assembled one yacht by using the solidworks
