Creating Bar Bending schedule, Different Door types, and Creation of standard drawing templates using AutoCad

AIM:

To draw the given reinforcement bar shape, door shapes and sized as provided.

PROCEDURE:

• The units of the drawing sheet is set to Engineering precision.
• Construction line in horizontal and vertical direction are drawn using the command ‘XL- h’ and ‘XL-v’
• rectangle that represents the size of the door is drawn. An offset is created to get the design of the doors
• To create the blocks for layout set-up, the table is created as per required dimensions and all the required information is added in the table
• Then they are created into blocks with the help of Block command.
• The symols legend and the reinforcement bar dimensions table are created with the help of text and line command. To get the curves of the reinforcement, fillet command is also used.
• Two huge doors with different design patters are drawn with the help of rectangles or the door sizes. An offset of the same is created to get the design

RESULT:

The various types of drawings presented here are drawn from the begenning with the help of various Autocad tools.
