Bench marking is currently a buzzard amonng the manufacturing community. when we heard this word about bench marking erlier 1989 a book was published about bench marking.
Bench marking is the continous process of measuring products and services and practises of the workshops against the compitetors.
Like this the process is going beyond systamatic performace comaparisons and improvement activities done generally by the manufacturers to attract the customers.
In this benchmarking process the actions to be taken place by annual basis and targets will provide to compare to prevous year.
In this bench marking studty we will majorly find out weakness in order to achieve greatful improvment activities in the whole organization.
In this bench marking process we have to maintain a close relation ship b/w supplier and retailchian.
In benchh marking process we have to observe and implement the changes accordingly what is the customer expecting and customer needs and his budget and also compare the car features this will play a main role in selecting the cars and now a days customers are mainly focusing the maintaince of the carrs and also enquiring the which car is suit for indian roads and also comparing and this will play key role that will impact the car sales that one is vehicle mileage.and also checking for car resale value after some years.

In tata nexon mainly having with disel and petrol,EV in diesel engine having the cc of 1497 and petrol engine is 1199 cc in this segment having both automatic and manual transmission depending upon the variants in this segments the avareage mileage of tata nexon is aroundn 23-24 kmpl and it is a 4 cylinder 5 seater vehicle and having the total vehicle length is 3993 and width is 1811,ground clearrence of this vehicle is 209mm and having wheel base of this vehicle is2498.
And the maximum torque is 260nm,max power 113.42bhp,and the boot space of total vehicle is 350 Lts, and having the total fuel capacity 44Lts. In this segment we are having only 2 variants those are petrol and cng,maruti suzuki is totally shut down the manufacturing of diesel engine vehicles production this is the major disadvantage maruti suzuki vehicles in this vehicle in both varaints we are having same CC having vehicle having the cc of vehicle is 1197cc it is available in both the varants in manual transmission with5+1 and having automatic transmission also this car is havimg with four cylinder and 5 seater capacity,and having the mileage of 23to28kmpl in this segment having the maximum power is 88.50bhp and the torque is 113nm,and also having boot space of 378 Lts and the wheel bae of the car is 2450,ground clearance 160mm.

As per my conclusion am recommnding the TATA NEXON for that employee to in the range of 8-10 lakhs why because that employee having with kids and his his father and mother with older age and they need seating comfort and saftey as weel as good fuel economy carand also this vehicle is less maintainance cost and having high boot space and also a SUV vehicle which gives a good driving expierence and very much saftey for childerens and older people also theseating comfort is also very good and good in wheel base and ground clearence vehicle and 5 star rating vhicle so am recommonding this vehicle for that Employee.
