Benchmarking
Benchmarking
Benchmarking is defined as the comparison of products, services, and processes across divisions that carry out similar operations in the same organization, among competing firms in the same industry, and among firms with similar processes across different industries.
The purpose of benchmarking is to explore why and how organizations achieve higher levels of efficiency and to identify the methods and processes driving that performance.

- Understand what’s working and what isn’t
- Adopt or improve upon competitors’ practices
- Reduce costs by increasing efficiency
- Focus on practices and offerings that promote customer satisfaction and loyalt

Discussions:
From the above table considering the main factors price TATA PUNCH falls below range and TATA NEXON goes upper range, then considering fuel except TATA ALTROZ remaining items stays in petrol so the maintenance side ALTROZ might take little more than others. While considering mileage ALTROZ gives better than other models also PUNCH comes second XUV 300 goes last, and price vice PUNCH is cheaper. When taking dimensions XUV 300 and NEXON stands more or less same other side PUNCH and ALTROZ stands same.
Suggestions to buy:
- If the customer really need price worthy car he has to pick TATA punch.
- If the customer wants big and comfort car then he should go with TATA NEXON.
