BENCHMARKING:

Benchmarking is defined as the comparison of two companies their products, process and services it is called benchmarking first method there are four methods are used for automobile industry they are benchmarking 1 and concept preparation and carry over study and final is benchmarking 2.

Benchmarking 1:

it is the process of comparison two parts of thier process and products it comes under predesign and development we need to think of our making part all the parts available in market.

Concept preparation:

it is the process what kind of product we are going to make what are things we are going to add in the making of new product and design.

Carry over study:

carry over study is the one of the process used in benchmarking this is when we are going to make new product we have to think of our parent part and what other parts are available in the market comparison of this we have to make better and best product in the market.

Benchmarking 2:

it is the final process in benchmarking and crucial part in benchmarking in this method we have to think all of our features specification of our competitor and others also from that data we have to create best product.

Here I have compared 4 vehicle those are Citroen C3,Tata Altroz,Tata punch and Kia Sonet the reason I have choosed the four vehicles is first price and specification if we go these four vehicle price and specification I have gone through all the four vehicles the best vehicle is Tata Altroz why I have choosed this vehicle is price and specification the price of car is under 10 lakh,5 Star rating and it is 5 seater and it gives good mileage compare the other vehicle that is why I have choosed this vehicle so I would like to suggest this car to Mr D.S. Pughazhyendhii.
