BENCHMARKING:
benchmarking is comparison of already there in the market and then how to implement the features to compare with competitors.comparing and collecting the all data and then improving the new cars.
If i want to upgrade only a certain part of the car.i have analyse the features of already there same certain part in car.let analyse to defcts of perivious cars. and then improve on the features of new car with requirments.
If implement the features in car ,must consider in this points
- material type
- thickness of material
- no.of parts
- total weight
TYPES OF BENCHMARKING:
benchmarking is mainly differenciate between two types
- INTERNAL BENCHMARKING
- EXTERNAL BENCHMARKING
INTERNAL BENCHMARKING:
Internal benchmarking is comparing to within the organisation to improve upon deficiencies. example;groups,various departments and own product of organisation.
EXTERNAL BENCHMARKING:
External benchmarking is comparing to themselves with external organisation to improve itself .example;compitetiors and customers new requirment.

CONCLUSION:
In this cmparing of 4 cars based on pughazhyendi requirments.compareing these four, these two are the bast 1.KIA (sonat) 2. HYUNDAI(i20).then comparing of KIA (sonat) and HYUNDAI(i20),the KIA (sonat) in airbags and fuel tank capacity only for its better than that HYUNDAI(i20).but the HYUNDAI(i20) is fullfilled the pughazhyendi requirments based on mileage,engine type(cc) and then lowcost.i think it will suit the needs of pughazhyendi ,so i select the HYUNDAI(i20) and suggest to pughazhyendi.
