Benchmarking

As Mr. Pughazhyendhii is a married man with family of 5, i would suggest Tata Nexon for his daily commute and his monthly trip as the vehicle is quite comfortable for long journey and it gives great mileage which ranges between 17-25 kmpl.

For my conclusion to the vehicle suggested is because of the on road price increase and when compared with vehicles which have good comfort this vehicle has good price range along with good mileage. To justify my decision here is the benchmarking between vehicles.

Benchmarking:

It is the act of comparing similar products, services or processes. Benchmarkingis a technical word for comparision. Benchmarking is what we really want to add to an automotive.

* It is the difference between different organizational vehicles

* It is the difference between same products from the same workplace.

* It is the difference between different sectors using the same processes.

1) Benchmarking 1 : Defining the competitiors in price, specifications and features on the segment.

2) Benchmarking 2 : Component wise comparision from the competitior vehicle to reduce weight on the car thereby improving the performance. It is a detailed benchmarking of Benchmarking 1.

Conclusion:

As i was researching for which type of vehicle will be suitable for the arised situation i get to know various types of vehicles along with each and every aspect where an extra mileage with comfort plays a crucial role in the journey. The vehicle Tata Nexon has good mileage along with quite a good comfort for family travels. When compared with the rest of the vehicles mentioned above the Tata Nexon is quite good offering all of the features and at the same time being in the price range affordable for the Indian market. I hope that my conclusion is well received.
