1. BENCHMARKING - Benchmarking is the automobile industry involves a structured comparision between similar vehicles, services or processes on some dimensions of perfomance.Comparision between price, specifications and features of the same segments of vehicle is called bechmarking.

Benchmarking is a study of comparision between what kind of vehicle is already available in the market and what should increase the implimentation for development of own vehicle in the same budget. And how do impliment the develpoed commodity in there vehicle to our own vehicle. This is very beginning and basics comparision between other vehicle and own vehicle. This is the most initial stage that what we decide to have our vehicles as feathures. And This is the most initial stage of Vehicle Development Process.

The example of benchmarking as follows.
Mr. D.S Pughazhyendhii needs a car under 8 to 10 lakh rupee budget car. We are discussing some of the cars of compact sedan segment.

Manual Transmission (MT) Cars: -

A) Hyundai Aura SX 1.2 Petrol

But I have to choose one car from this list which is more worthy than other in the list.I believe that Tigor is the most worthy car beacause it records more efficient from every commodities more or less. Tigor is most featured car as well as the safety rating 4 stars globla NCAP. Tigor also has the comfortble journey and its pretty more convenient car for both driver and passengers. Tigor has the latest features such as voice control, keyless entry, integrated 2 DIN audio, USB & auxiliary input, bluetooth connectivity, touch screen, automatic climate control, engine start/ stop button, electric folding rear view mirror, remote control trunk opener, child safety locks, central locking, rain sensing wiper and more. Tigor provide 20.3 Kmpl of fuel efficiency is quite good at this buget in Indian market. Safety and the feature is the key of Tata Tigor.
