OBJECTIVE:

To create a bracket design with the given sketch and the procedure.

INTRODUCTION:

To create the required bracket design with the help of given design and procedure by using Advanced NX sheet metal tools.

METHADOLOGY:

DESCRIPTION:

Create a sketch with required dimensions.

Create a contour flange using that sketch

Create a slot with the use of normal cutout.

    

Create break corners at respective ends.

         

Unbend the part by using the base surface.

Create Bead with required dimension.

   

Create holes with diameter of 20 mm at required places.

   

Rebend the part to its original position.

   

Create a flat pattern for the part by specifying the base.
