Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_2_Box Assembly
- BOX ASSEMBLY-
- INTRO-There are two parts in the box assembly, one is the box, and the other one is lid.
- DRAWING METHODOLOGY-Here in the bellow image I explain every method which are used to build the BOX ASSEMBLY.
at first I creat a tab here,Then I created two flanges from the tab
. And then I created two flanges from the flanges what are created
. Then I closed the corners which are created on the flanges. Then I use flanges on the flanges.and I did hem flanges for the joining for the assembly
. Then I did mirror for the other side of the box.Then I did unite command for getting one body, and I gave hem flanges on the open side for the sharp edges. Then I did the featrues(bead,dimple). Then I created a detum plane and did sketch on this and created the lid with the help of tab command. Then I did the open oop flanges on the joining of box and the lid.
