Wheel arc evaluatin to meet European standard

Fender:

• The main purpose of fender is to avoid scattering of mud, water and other impurities that stick to the wheel due to rotation.
• It avoid the throwing of these particles at the pedestrian and people around and contained them
• It also avoids hitting inside the engine compartment due to rotation
• Fenders are used to well enclosed the outside edge of the wheel.

Standard for wheel arc calculation:

• Japanese standards:

According to Japanese standard the clearance value L should not be less than 5mm at A,B,C points

• American standards:

The clearance distance should not be less than 5mm at every angle of 10 degree between -20 deg to 180deg

• European standard:

The clearance distance should not be less than 10mm at all 5 pts that is SA,SB,SC,SD,SE.
